The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology provides state-of-the-art holistic diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with diseases of the liver, stomach, intestines, esophagus, pancreas and gall bladder. We closely cooperate with other Med Uni Graz clinics and institutes. Patients with gastroenterological and liver malignancies receive interdisciplinary care at the joint Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC) Graz.
Ambitious teaching and groundbreaking clinical training of our staff are the basis upon which we continue to advance our discipline. Our highly innovative translational research is internationally renowned. Our common goal is to train reflective, responsible physicians with a willingness to change in order to provide the best possible care for our patients.
